NFL Week 11 Betting Lines: Eagles, Lions, Patriots Among Road Favorites
As we head into the weekend, there are 7 NFL teams posted as road favorites for Sunday’s Week 11 matchups. Some of the matchups that you might want to keep an eye on are the Eagles, Lions, and Patriots.
As the Philadelphia Eagles head to AT&T Stadium, the Dallas Cowboys are 6-point home underdogs. The Eagles are 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 games against the Cowboys. Coming off a bye, Philadelphia boasts an 8-1 record that they could very well turn into 9-1. The Cowboys will be hurting without Ezekiel Elliot, who rushed for 150yds and two touchdowns in their Week 8 win against the Washington Redskins. In their recent 27-7 loss to the Falcons, the Cowboys posted a lowly 107 total rushing yards.
The Detroit Lions are 3-point road chalk, which is somewhat surprising considering how well the Bears defense performs at home. The Bears secured overtime victories over the Steelers and the Ravens, upset the Carolina Panthers, and were only down a field goal against the Vikings. The Detroit Lions are 1-4 ATS in their last five games against the Bears and are 5-4 SU this season.
The New England Patriots are road favorites as they head to Estadio Azteca in Mexico City on Sunday. The Oakland Raiders are 6.5-point home dogs, which is not surprising considering that they are going against the 7-2 Patriots that have five straight victories. The Patriots may have struggled defensively during the start of the season, but over their five consecutive wins New England is only giving up an average of 13 points.
Other home underdogs on Sunday include Green Bay, who are posted as 2-point dogs as they host the Baltimore Ravens. It’s no shocker that the 6-3 Kansas City Chiefs are 11-point road chalk as they head to MetLife to face the 1-8 New York Giants.
